A home inspection is typically conducted before a purchase is completed.

We understand that you will want your report quickly, so we

• schedule your inspection as soon as possible after you call
• deliver your report immediately after the inspection is finished

Thorough Report

At the end of our inspection, you will receive the original copy of the report.

This report includes

• an overview highlighting items that need attention
• notes on the condition of major systems and components
• identification of structures and materials
• sizes of equipment and appliances
• diagrams illustrating major features of typical construction
• a copy of the Standards of Practice and Code of Ethics of ASHI.
• a booklet on home safety

If you are actively considering buying the property, two copies of the report are also included which may be used in the final stages of the transaction.
